1. What is DERRICK?

DERRICK is an annual online competition platform organized by HIMA EP (Exploration and Production Student Association), representing five study programs at Politeknik Akamigas Cepu. Through this platform, participants can register and take part in various competitions.

2. Who can participate in DERRICK competitions?

Participants must be active university students from any institution. Each account can only be used to register for one competition.

3. How do I register for a competition?

1. Visit the Competitions page to see all available contests.
2. Click on a competition to view its details and requirements.
3. Log in to your account or create a new one if you don’t have it yet.
4. Verify your email via the verification link sent to your inbox.
5. Once verified, you can register for your chosen competition.

4. How do I create an account on DERRICK?

Click the Sign Up / Register button on the homepage, fill in your details, and check your email for a verification link.

⚠️ Note: Unverified accounts cannot be used to register for competitions.

5. Can I register for more than one competition?

No. Each account can only be used to register for one competition to ensure fairness and smooth event management.

6. How do I pay the registration fee?

After completing your registration, go to the Transactions page to view payment details. Choose one of the available payment methods and follow the instructions to complete your payment.

7. Can I request a refund?

Yes, you can request a refund through the Transactions page if there’s an error or valid reason for cancellation. However, please note that the admin fee is non-refundable.

8. How do I add my team members?

After logging in, open the Members page to add your team members’ data. Ensure all members meet the eligibility criteria.

9. Where can I view and submit my competition tasks?

Participants can view and submit their tasks through the Tasks page. Please follow all provided instructions and submission deadlines.

10. Where will the competition results be announced?

All announcements, including results and winners, will be displayed on the Participant Dashboard once the evaluation process is completed.

11. What should I do if I don’t receive the verification email?

Check your Spam or Promotions folder. If you still don’t receive it, click Resend Verification on the login page.

12. Who should I contact if I face issues during registration?
