Terms & Conditions Derrick 2025

Overview

These terms and conditions apply to all competitions and events that are organized by Derrick 2025. DERRICK 2025 will be held by online platform.

This year DERRICK 2025 invites collaboration with other events at PEM Akamigas. There are MATRIC, REACTION, LOGCREAVEN, and INSCOMP. By entering into this Competition (whether as an individual Entrant or as part of a team) you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document (the “terms and conditions”).

Derrick 2025 may cancel or amend any competition, Competition Information, or these terms conditions without prior notice. Any changes will be posted either within the Competition Information or these terms and conditions.

General

1. This Competition is only open to active undergraduate students of any university.
2. Each team member can consist of different majors and must be from the same university.
3. International students are eligible to enter the Competition.
4. Every individual only can participate in a single competition and cannot be a member of two teams or competitions.
5. All participants must meet the requirements for each competition.
6. All participants must submit the completed registration form and payment receipt before the deadline.
7. In all matters, all decisions of DERRICK 2025 will be final and cannot be contested. No correspondence or discussions will be entered into.

Terms of Participation and Registration

1. Every participant must register via the website akamigasderrick.id
   
2. For detailed registration terms and conditions for each competition, you can read the invitation letter DERRICK 2025.
3. Payment has to be paid in full amount.
4. All registration fees are non-refundable.
5. If the participant has made a payment but has not registered or a system error occurs, you can contact the available contact person and re-register.
6. The teams are selected for the final round have to pay the remaining fees according to the terms of each competition. Otherwise, each participant will have to pay a fine of 50% of the final registration fee.
7. If one participant from a team is unable to attend on the day of the competition, the participant is not allowed to be exchanged and other participants of that team must continue to participate on the competition day.

Winners and Prizes

1. Winners will be notified by email or social media of DERRICK 2025.
2. The judge’s decision of each competition is final and absolute.
3. The result of the competition will be announced on the Awarding Night.
4. The prize is as specified in the Competition Information.
